Cookies

When you make a booking through our website, register for an account or use an inquiry form to contact us, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you visit our website. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our Account page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We do not store or process financial information on this website in any manner. All payments processed are done off-site, either through the plug-in of a dedicated payment processing platform, or offline methods.

As per the law in Türkiye, upon check-in, guest information is shared with the Ministry of Interior through their secure online system. This data is independent of what is collected through this website.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (users register automatically when initiating a booking), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data

Visitor messages through our message forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We use Google’s reCAPTCHA service that runs in the background during your sessions on this website, which determines if you are a human or robot based on your action patterns. For more information regarding the privacy policy of reCAPTCHA, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

All messages sent through our website are only sent to internal administrative units of Princess Residence.

Cache Usage

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience.

Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor.

Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We may use QUIC.cloud services to process & cache your data temporarily. Please see here for more details.
